Yea like everyone knows this place is terrible sad the car wash don't clean, it will scratch you car, damage your wheels, and they need to change their time because they don't stay open pass 5pm really. I give them 0 star but you got to give them 1 star to leave a post.

Editing my review, the owner paid for my tire repair and made things right. I appreciate a business taking ownership of their mistake and fixing it. **** Went to this car wash yesterday and on the last portion of the wash, the track pulley snapped my valve stem off of my tire resulting in a flat tire. I now have to hopefully just replace the stem or possibly the entire tire. Be aware when going here, I've never had this happen at any other carwash. Waiting to update my review to see how the owner is going to make this one right.

Do not waist your money. $19 car wash and $3 tip for the guy spraying off cars in the tunnel, and it did not get my truck clean. I wiped off more dirt and muddy water than the car wash did. Did not remove the bugs at all. When I asked for some cleaner to clean my grill the attendant told me to take it through a second time, so I did. Still didn’t get the dirt off the tailgate or the bugs off my grill. The pictures really don’t do justice. There was muddy water drips all down the sides and tailgate. I just wiped them all off and gave up. Waist of money. Went home, sprayed it off and wiped it down again. When the new car wash opens on 150 hwy, this place will go out of business.

Terrible Carwash and extremely unprofessional management I went through there wash at approximately 3 o’clock PM on Saturday February 7th after I went through there I found multiple scratches that were clear as day fresh from there wash… after filling out a damage report I was supposed to receive a call that Monday… there manager never called me I called back Tuesday Feb 10 told the manager my concerns and he basically cut me off and said he didn’t care since I was the only report from that day didn’t once ask me to bring my car in to investigate and didn’t want to see it with his own eyes didn’t even hear me out so once I said my attorney would be contacting them he said “ok” and hung up … this business is wildly unprofessional better business bureau is being contacted as we speak and if they fail to conduct them self in a business professional way this problem will escalate the owners of this establishment should understand they have and extremely incompetent manager running there establishment. Very sad and very unprofessional service This review would not have gotten written at all if their manager would’ve conducted himself in a more adult and professional way instead of Runn

Bought the tire/wheel package as an add on. When the tires did not come clean I brought it to their attention. I was told if I washed my car more often I wouldn't have that issue, and his car wash wouldn't clean brake dust residue. That's why I bought the package in the first place, to get clean wheels. He did offer a free car wash but I wasn't thrilled with the idea of coming back after my car care was criticized. It would probably be a good idea to add a quick brush of the wheels to their pre-treatment procedures.
